Why did you choose to work in this industry?

I worked in the food industry when I was a teenager and in my early 20’s. I was provided a great opportunity to get back in the business during the recession years and I have been able to enjoy it for the past 10 years.

Tell us about your approach to customer service.

I always greet each guest with a smile and a little humor! (If the timing is right!)

What is your signature comfort food?

Spaghetti and meatballs, bread, salad, and of course, a good red wine.

What would your pet say about you if we asked for a reference?

I love that guy, he feeds me!

Describe the most incredible view you’ve ever seen.

On the 4th of July, I was flying home to Florida just after dark. I saw thousands of fireworks going off, it was spectacular!

If you had a toaster oven-sized box for all of your stuff, what would you put in it?

I would put photos, music, and with all the room left, I would cram as many hundred dollar bills as could fit!
