MEET MANAGER CINDY HUNTER

Why did you choose to work in this industry?

God chose this field of work for me! Four years ago, I left 24 years as an administrative director at two different Community Colleges and made a life and work change: entering the restaurant world.

What is your favorite aspect of your job?

My favorite part of this job is working with all of the AMOB staff as a team as well as learning as much as I can and teaching the staff when I can! I also really enjoy meeting the guests, interacting with the kids, and assisting where I can.

Tell us about your approach to customer service.

Simple! I treat all customers (internal and external) as I want to be treated. The Golden Rule!

Describe yourself using only film titles.

Miss Congeniality, Flash Dance, Pure Country, Hope Floats, Driving Miss Daisy. Just to name a few!

What is your signature comfort food?

Hot brownies or chocolate chip cookies!

What would you pet say about you if we asked for a reference?

She is loyal, trustworthy, kind-hearted, and treats me like her child!

What’s the best piece of advice you’ve ever received?

Pick your battles!!

If you had just a toaster oven-sized box for all of your stuff, what would you put in it?

Pictures, paperwork, banking items, clothing, and an iPad with a charger.
