A wise man once said, “if it don’t make dollars, it don’t make sense,” and with that advice in mind, we’ve made the decision to discontinue daily Breakfast and Weekend Brunch service at the Pier location. Looks like no more #SundayFunday breakfast shifts from me on the Pier. Unfortunately, the response to offering a morning menu at the Pier hasn’t been what we’d hoped. After more than 3 years serving breakfast and brunch, we’ll shift our hours back to better serve the Island demographics of both locals and visitors. Thousands of oysters are consumed at local seafood restaurants in Florida like Anna Maria Oyster Bar. The shells are usually discarded before piling up in our ever-growing landfills. In August 2018, Waste Pro teamed up with Solutions To Avoid A Red Tide (START), a non-profit organization that focuses on funding research and increasing public awareness about the importance of preserving Florida’s marine environment.
