ST. PATRICK’S DAY 2018

St. Patrick’s Day 2018

We were all a wee bit Irish this St. Patrick’s Day! Guests reached the rainbow’s end as they arrived at the O-Bars, we were serving up a classic holiday favorite: All You Can Eat Corned Beef ‘n’ Cabbage – and to wash it down, we had green beers on draft… after all, it’s not an Irish celebration without it! They don’t call it the greenest day of the year for no reason – our teams, and guests, were dressed up and covered in green. Take a look at the pictures below, click the image to see the full gallery.

THE HANGOVER RECIPE AND LYNN & ANN’S 60TH ANNIVERSARY

The Hangover Recipe and Lynn & Ann’s 60th Anniversary

This article originally appeared in the Island Sun As I’ve written before…we’re all about food in our family…whether it’s cooking, eating, growing, buying, ordering or sitting around a table after a HUGE meal…our family is all about food…and wine! And we have been as long as I can remember. Some of my fondest memories came around our small dining table where we ate growing up. We had 2 meals every day at that table. Breakfast and dinner were always shared by the four of us around that table. After breakfast we passed the four sections of the Tampa Tribune around

At Anna Maria Oyster Bar, it’s really important to us to honor America’s veterans, and not only on special occasions like Veteran’s Day and Memorial Day, but every day. This November as part of our year-long 12 Cheers for 20 Years campaign, we’re supporting the Food Bank of Manatee. In addition to our month-long food drive AND the Birthday Cocktails program, we also contributed to the annual Empty Bowls event. Anna Maria Oyster Bar Landside donated a crock of our delicious New England Clam Chowder to *both* days of this fabulous fundraiser, where guests purchase a $25 ticket and can enjoy samples of delicious soups from area restaurants.  Plus, attendees select a special handcrafted ceramic or wooden bowl to take home, too! Also, a group of AMOB representatives attended

To raise additional funds for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer beyond the monthly 12 Cheers Birthday Cocktail proceeds, our teams also sold pink “Shuck Cancer” t-shirts and buttons… at some of the stores, we also sold raffle tickets for great prizes! HURRICANE IRMA VICTORY PARTY UPDATE FROM AMOB

Hurricane Irma Victory Party Update from AMOB

Important Update from AMOB We’re so glad to hear that most of our friends & family encountered minimal damage from Hurricane Irma. Our thoughts are with those of you still struggling to get home, who are experiencing substantial damage to their home, have no power… or worst of all…. no Internet (just kidding)! Many of you have inquired about the status of our restaurants… thank you so much for your concern. There was little to no physical damage to any of the four Anna Maria Oyster Bars. Some of the locations have power, some do not. Our Ellenton location will

HURRICANE IRMA UPDATE FROM AMOB

Hurricane Irma Update from AMOB

While we all love a great Hurricane Party here at the Anna Maria Oyster Bars, we also know that we need to realize that Hurricane Irma is not a lady to be trifled with. Not sure I’ve met a lady to trifle with yet…but… With that in mind we are making plans to keep our Oyster Bar family safe and sound this weekend. The Anna Maria Oyster Bars will be closing Saturday and Sunday and hopefully reopening sometime on Monday!  We’ll play that by ear as the storm hopefully passes and leaves us all safe and sound, with only suffering from
