The annual DeSoto Parade, one of the largest and oldest parades in Southwest Florida, was once again, a huge success! More than 200,000 people lined the streets of our home to watch the illuminated floats and to check out the new Hernando DeSoto, Captain of the Crewe, and the newly crowned Queen and Princess. Born and raised in Bartow, FL, Lynn Horne has been married to Sandy for 27+ years with 3 children: Nic, Jake Ann and Trey; and 2 grandchildren Audrianna and Trenton. He moved to Bradenton in 2009 to join the family business alongside his brother John (Gran Jefe) as the Director of Purchasing and Managing Partner at the Pier location. Lynn became a member of the Hernando de Soto Historical Society in 2010, serving on the Board of Directors, and is a past Captain of the Crewe of De Soto.
