At Anna Maria Oyster Bar, it’s really important to us to honor America’s veterans, and not only on special occasions like Veteran’s Day and Memorial Day, but every day. We do our best to express our gratitude for those who served and sacrificed so that we can enjoy the freedoms that we do in this great nation. There’s a beautiful tribute video linked below that a guest emailed me this video the other day and I’m honored to share it with you all. Please take a moment to enjoy. Happy Memorial Day…we’re so proud to honor those that made the ultimate sacrifice for our country this weekend. I wanted to briefly share a short message and some images and readings that are very meaningful to me personally. One of my buddies, Andy, who was a Marine, reminds us that, “this is not an attempt to keep anyone from enjoying the upcoming weekend. It is an attempt to remind each of us why we have this celebration, and why we can have this celebration on Memorial Day. Semper Fi.” Click the image below to view full gallery.
