Tell us a little bit about your background. I was born and raised in wonderful Bradenton, FL. I went to Manatee High School, Class of 06. I am an avid waterman and outdoor life enthusiast. When I am not working I am in, on, or around water or the woods, or in the kitchen cooking as food with flavor is my other greatest passion in life. A wise man once said, “if it don’t make dollars, it don’t make sense,” and with that advice in mind, we’ve made the decision to discontinue daily Breakfast and Weekend Brunch service at the Pier location. Looks like no more #SundayFunday breakfast shifts from me on the Pier. Unfortunately, the response to offering a morning menu at the Pier hasn’t been what we’d hoped. After more than 3 years serving breakfast and brunch, we’ll shift our hours back to better serve the Island demographics of both locals and visitors.
