On Sunday, August 5 we celebrated our team member, Carmello, for a milestone at AMOB… 2 million shucked oysters and counting! Carmello has been with us for over 18 years, so it was as good a time as any to celebrate this awesome fellow!
It was a great time by all and also a perfect way to commemorate National Oyster Day! The week leading up to August 5, is our “National Oyster Week” – with the variety of unique oyster dishes we offer, we couldn’t pin down the celebrations to just one day. Thanks to everyone who came out to celebrate Carmello and enjoy oysters!
