Hurricane Irma Update from AMOB

HURRICANE IRMA UPDATE FROM AMOB

While we all love a great Hurricane Party here at the Anna Maria Oyster Bars, we also know that we need to realize that Hurricane Irma is not a lady to be trifled with. Not sure I’ve met a lady to trifle with yet…but…

With that in mind we are making plans to keep our Oyster Bar family safe and sound this weekend.

The Anna Maria Oyster Bars will be closing Saturday and Sunday and hopefully reopening sometime on Monday!

We’ll play that by ear as the storm hopefully passes and leaves us all safe and sound, with only suffering from Cabin Fever…because we all know the cure for Cabin Fever…a trip to Anna Maria Oyster Bars!

We hope that you all stay safe and dry and want to thank all of our brave first responders who will be out in hazardous conditions this weekend keeping us all safe. Not to mention those working for the Power companies, Utility Crews and all other people keeping us safe and sound.

We will post updates on Facebook as we get them and when we can.

If you would like to receive emergency updates from the State Emergency Response Team, text “FLPrepares” to 888777. If you also text your zip code to the same number you will receive update specific to your area.

God Bless and Stay Safe!

………..Elvis is hunkering down and thinking of our staff & guests… and has DEFINITELY left the building
