Longevity Trip 2017

LONGEVITY TRIP 2017

Today is our annual Longevity Trip!

This is a really special day for us because we get to celebrate our incredible teammates (really, they are #AMOBFamily members!) who keep the wheels spinning across all four Anna Maria Oyster Bar locations.

This year, 92 staff members are eligible to join us. These folks have been with our company for more than three years. They represent a combined 852 years of service at at an AMOB… Average tenure of these 92 staff is 9.3 years. Pretty impressive!

We appreciate our staff so much, and know that we could not be in business without them. Spending the day together having fun is just one way we try to show these fine individuals how much we value them and their dedication to the O-Bars.

Fun facts:
63 are hourly employees, with 563 years of O-Bar experience averaging 8.9 years
29 are salaried employees, with 289 years, O-Bar experience averaging 10.1 years
